Point Nine partners up with Pancyprian Thalassaemia Association as a proud Contributor towards achieving their Mission of bringing awareness and education to the subject of Anemia while improving the lives of those with it.

About the Pancyprian Thalassaemia Association

The Pancyprian Thalassaemia Association (PTA) is a non-governmental organization that was registered in 1977 with the Registrar of the Institutions and Associations (No. 0072) after eight years of effort by the parents and friends of People with Thalassemia to protect their children’s rights against critical medical, social and economic problems. For over 5 decades, it has been continuously acting, always aiming at providing all aid to people with thalassemia. Get to know the Association here.

In relation to Point Nine’s core mission of Cultivating Potential, we believe that physical well-being the development of sportsmanship are necessary tools to reach utmost potential. On this pillar, we build a relationship with a young academy that shares this belief and strives for its deployment – The Anagennisi Sports Academy.

About the Pancyprian Anti-Anemia Association:

The timeless goal of the association is its establishment in the consciousness of the fans of our Municipality, of the wider region and of the whole of Cyprus, as a club that promotes “good Sportsmanship” and noble rivalry, while at the same time through the process of sport succeeds to form strong characters.
