The report is about the international capital markets in a time of economic shock and also includes international capital market practice and regulatory updates on the primary markets, secondary markets, repo and collateral markets, sustainable finance, asset management and FinTech.

According to the ICMA Quarterly Report, reporting of 3rd country issuer LEIs- FCA extended the forbearance period till the 13th October 2022, to be in line with ESMA’s deadline as well as SFTR reconciliation phase 3 went live on 22 April 2022, four additional fields become mandatory for matching, these include the price and collateral market value fields.
