News on ESMA ‘s Updated EMIR Validation Rules

ESMA published an updated set of Rules on September 10th, 2020 originally to be in effect on February 1st, 2021. Due to UK’s exit from the European Union some technical issues surfaced causing a five week delay to the discharge of the updated EMIR Validation Rules setting.  The new date is pushed back to March 8th, 2021.

Regardless the postponement, Point Nine is thoroughly ready as of today to deploy the updated EMIR validation rules.
