RTS 27 Has Been Abolished
EU: Permanently removed by MiFIR Review Regulation (EU) 2024/791. Article 27(3) of MiFID II has been deleted.
UK: Permanently suspended by FCA Policy Statement PS22/2 and confirmed by the Wholesale Markets Review.
